About this site
This website is owned and operated by Sonia Therese Design, based in New Zealand. All jewellery sold through this site is designed by me, using whatever methods and materials best suit each piece, alongside a small number of original handmade pieces from earlier collections that may still be in circulation.
Products and pricing
I do my best to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing on this site are accurate and up to date. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and, as noted in my Returns & Repairs policy, small natural variations between individual pieces are normal and not considered a fault.
All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. I reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and if an item’s price was listed incorrectly, I’ll contact you before processing your order to confirm you’re happy to proceed.
Orders
Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase, which I’m free to accept or decline, for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock. If I’m unable to fulfil your order, I’ll let you know and issue a full refund.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through this website’s payment gateway at the time of purchase. I don’t see or store your full card details; these are handled directly by the payment processor.

While I take care to keep this website accurate and functioning well, I can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and I’m not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, beyond what’s required by New Zealand law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be handled under New Zealand jurisdiction.
